🚧 Pardon Our Dust 🚧

If you hear drilling… that’s just us. 😅

Apparently, “building infrastructure” doesn’t just mean filing paperwork, buying office supplies, and writing grants.

It also means admitting we needed help with social media. 😂

Thanks to the grant funding we’ve received this year, we’re able to invest in strengthening Love Forward Foundation behind the scenes, not just our programs.

So… we’ve officially handed the social media reins over to OTV Agency, and we can’t wait to see what they do.

If things look a little different around here or get a little quiet while they work their magic, don’t panic.

We’re still doing what we do best: loving families forward, creating spaces for healing, and building Project SEEN.

We’re just letting the professionals make us look as good online as the work already happening offline. 😉

Stay tuned…

📣 BIG NEWS 📣

Love Forward Foundation is honored to announce that we have been awarded $1,000 through the Community Foundation’s Youth Philanthropy Council and a three-year, $15,000 grant commitment from Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge
This investment will help advance Project SEEN (Seeing the Needs of Children and Caregivers Impacted by Parental Incarceration), an initiative focused on strengthening support for families impacted by incarceration.

When a loved one is incarcerated, the impact extends far beyond prison walls. Children, caregivers, grandparents, and entire families often carry what we call a shared sentence. They face emotional, financial, and practical challenges while navigating systems that frequently overlook their needs.

Through Project SEEN, we are building stronger pathways to identify, support, and connect these families to resources, relationships, and opportunities. We are also laying the foundation for a more coordinated approach to recognizing and responding to the needs of children and caregivers impacted by parental incarceration.

This funding is more than a grant award. It is an investment in visibility, stability, and hope. It allows us to continue building what does not currently exist while ensuring that families serving a shared sentence are no longer invisible.

Thank you to the Community Foundation’s Youth Philanthropy Council and The Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge for believing in this vision and investing in the future of families in our community.

❤️ Because families serving a shared sentence deserve to be seen.

The Healing Table: Feel It All is for the ones carrying quiet weight.
For the ones learning that healing doesn’t always look like strength, turning honesty into release, and feeling into something they no longer have to hide. Curated by Love Forward Foundation.
