Last Sunday Exhale had a blast around the fire with hotdogs and s’mores!

✨Reminder Exhale is every Sunday 6-7:30pm located at St. Paul UCC Staunton (225 S. Laurel St. Staunton, IL). We will be starting our Trunk or Treat trunk!

What is Exhale?

Exhale is a youth group for everyone of middle or high school. Exhale welcomes any and all members of different churches or religions with open arms. As long as you are in the grades 6-12, you do not have to question if you would be welcome at Exhale!

If you don’t know much about Exhale, let me fill you in. Exhale has been a youth group making an impact on our community for years. Exhale is a place where kids can go to have a break from everything else going on in the world. Exhale is where friendships and bonds are created. As a kid there’s a lot of stress going on, struggles people don't see on the surface. There is no judgement at Exhale - acceptance of everyone for who they genuinely are. Most have described it as a “second home”.
