📬 Greetings to our Zion Alumni & Friends!
We are excited to share the latest news and happenings from Zion Lutheran Church and School!
Our newest Alumni & Friends Newsletter is here, and we hope you’ll take a few minutes to see what has been happening at Zion. Inside, you’ll find updates from our school, celebrations of our graduates and confirmands, an Alumni Spotlight, upcoming events, and ways you can continue to support the mission of Zion Lutheran School.
We are also excited to share information about the 23rd Annual Zion PTL Golf Classic, coming up Saturday, August 29th at Timber Lakes Golf Course! Whether you gather a team and join us for a great day of golf or support the event as a sponsor, we appreciate everyone who helps make this annual event a success.
Finally, Zion Alumni & Friends is beginning a new project to help replace 82 fluorescent light fixtures with energy-efficient LED fixtures throughout the school and Parish Center. The estimated cost of the project is approximately $7,000, and we invite our alumni and friends to consider helping us reach this goal.
For 179 years, God has blessed Zion and its ministry in Staunton. That ministry continues today because of the prayers, generosity, volunteerism, and faithful support of generations of Zion alumni, members, families, and friends.
