🧥✨ Calling All Local Businesses ✨🧥

This year marks the First Annual Freed Genius Winter Coat Drive — our very first nonprofit event, and we want YOU to be part of it.

We’re looking for businesses, churches, salons, barbershops, and community spaces to join us as drop-off partners.

What it means:
• We’ll provide a donation bin + flyers
• You provide the space
• We’ll promote your business as a community partner in our campaign

This is more than a coat drive — it’s the beginning of a community movement. One bin, one coat, one business at a time, we’re keeping families warm this winter.

📧 Interested in being a partner? Email me at [email protected] or DM me today. •

Embracing the journey of managing mental illness is a testament to your strength. Each day is a step forward, a triumph over adversity. Remember, seeking help is a sign of courage, and progress may be gradual, but every small victory matters. You’re not defined by your challenges; you’re defined by your resilience. Keep going, one day at a time, and let self-compassion be your guiding light. Your story is powerful, and your strength is an inspiration to others. 💪🏾 ”

A practical tip for dealing with someone with depression is to offer your support without judgment. Listen actively, express empathy, and encourage them to share their feelings. Help them access professional help, such as therapy or counseling, and be patient as they navigate their journey toward recovery. Consistent emotional support and understanding can make a significant difference in their healing process.
