The GRACE Foundation services individuals (age 5 and above) with Autism Spectrum Disorder. There is a dire need for additional programs and services due to the rate of autism which is tipping the scales across the country, and at GRACE, we have increased our programs to almost double over the last few years in order to meet the demands of the community and ongoing request from parents for additio
nal services. Located on the grounds of Seaview Hospital, in the mid Island section of Staten Island, GRACE serves the entire borough and provides programs to all individuals regardless of socio-economic status, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical ability and language. Today, programs at GRACE consists of: Day Habilitation, Site-Based Programs/In-home Services. We have an year-round registration for innovative Day-Habilitation without Walls that fully respects the concept of person-centered planning. Whether GRACE is encouraging responsible choices, artistic talent, life skills, physical/team activities, or promoting heightened social abilities and communication skills, our goals are to connect with every family and the individual and create an atmosphere that encourages self-esteem, opportunity and empowerment.
