The Tottenville Civic remains vigilant in regard to the proposed Transient Hotel at 4932 Arthur Kill Rd .An Application for Excavation had been approved for 4932 Arthur Kill rd. in December of 2024 , which was on administrative hold. The lifting of the hold will now allow for requests for permits to be submitted.
However, according to our contacts at BH the Building Dept. has NOT ISSUED PERMITS to commence any work on the property. See message from DEP posted yesterday.
