Over the weekend, the G&G crew met up with Dusk Citizen and several other real life superheroes - costumed activists that participate in community outreach programs. We tagged along as they gave out care packages to the homeless in lower Manhattan. While on site, we did some filming - Donna worked the video camera (video coming soon), and East Coast Kat took many of the photos included in this album. The boys, Connor and Marcus, helped give out some of the packages. Kenny got to get up close and personal with many of the people we helped. It was a great day.

Our second annual hot food handout, done closer to the holidays, to give hot food, blankets and clothing to the homeless of New York City!

We are a group of volunteers in New York City who assist the homeless, deliver donations of clothes and toiletries. We look to collect donations in order to buy further supplies and better our delivery methods.

This is probably one of my most personal campaigns yet. My baby cousin, Arianna, is currently in the hospital for a Heart Transplant. She's been in and out of the hospital since birth, and it's put her parents in a lot of debt, and forced them to move in with other family for the time being.
I started this on my own, in hopes of raising funds for them to help get them on their feet.
I hope for any shares, any posts, any donations could go a long way.

HOPE is an event started in San Diego years ago, where Real Life Superheroes AND volunteers from all over gather together to hand out to the homeless for a full day!

She has children, so if anyone has any information that could be helpful, please call the tips line.
