Dear Families,

As we wrap up another incredible summer at Young People’s Day Camp, I find myself reflecting on the truly special time we’ve all shared together. It has been an absolute privilege to watch your children grow, learn, and build lasting friendships over these past few weeks.

From our fantastic field trips to the daily adventures and laughter that filled our camp grounds, every moment has been a highlight. We’ve created so many wonderful memories that I know our campers—and our staff—will carry with them long after the summer ends. None of this would have been possible without the energy and dedication of our amazing staff, who poured their hearts into making every day awesome for your children.

I also want to express my deepest gratitude to you, the parents and families. Thank you for your continued trust, your support, and your partnership throughout this camp season. Your involvement and encouragement mean the world to us, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of your children’s summer.

We are already going to miss the vibrant energy your children brought to camp every single day. While it is hard to say goodbye for now, we are already looking forward to everything next summer will bring. We truly cannot wait to welcome everyone back for another season of fun, discovery, and connection.

It has been a great pleasure showing your children one of the best summers imaginable this year at Young People’s Day Camp of Staten Island. The best part of each day is seeing the smiles on our campers faces when they arrive each morning to camp. We already have families asking about enrolling their children for next summer!
We are offering our families an opportunity to get a head start on 2027 with camp registration for those who are planners like Tara and me. Enrolling and locking in a spot for next summer before November 15th will ensure that you will be locked into the rates of 2025 before they increase next year. A small deposit of $200 locks you into our LISTED 2026 Rates! This can potentially save hundreds of dollars and allows families to set up a payment plan for the year. This deposit is fully refundable until April 15th 2027 as well. Cancellations After April 15th will have an applicable cancellation fee (see website for details).
