Today, ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐, ๐๐๐๐, marks ๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ since the birth of one of the greatest empires the modern world has ever known the ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐บ๐ธ.
From a prophetic perspective, Americaโs rise was not an accident of history. Long before the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776, the Scriptures had already painted a remarkable prophetic picture.
โThe first was like a lion, and had eagleโs wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a manโs heart was given to it.โ Daniel 7:4
Before independence, America was a colony completely under the rule of ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง ๐ฌ๐ง. In this prophetic interpretation, the ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฆ represents Britain, while the ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐โ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐ฆ
represent America. The plucking of the eagleโs wings pictures Americaโs separation from Britain and the birth of an independent nation.
The prophecy continues by saying โ๐ ๐๐๐โ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐.โ Interestingly, America has long been personified as โ๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ข,โ a human symbol representing the nation.
The prophetic timeline did not begin with America. After the decline of the Roman Empire, Europe emerged as a collection of divided kingdoms, mirroring the divided kingdom described in both ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ and ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐.
According to this prophetic understanding, the beasts of Daniel 7 represent the major end-time imperial powers:

๐บ๐ธ Eagleโs Wings โ United States of America
๐ป ๐ท๐บ Bear โ Russia
๐ชฝ ๐ซ๐ท Wings of a Fowl โ France
๐ ๐ฉ๐ช Leopard โ Germany
From the 16th century through the 19th century, Britain, France, and Germany dominated much of the world through colonial expansion. However, ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ and ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ drastically weakened these European empires. As colonies across Africa ๐, Asia ๐, and elsewhere demanded independence, a new world order emerged.
After World War II, two superpowers stood above the rest:
๐บ๐ธ America ๐ฆ
๐ท๐บ Russia ๐ป
America would become the dominant global power politically, economically, militarily, and technologically, shaping much of the modern world.
However, Bible prophecy indicates that this dominance will not last forever.
โThe beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.โ Revelation 13:2
In this prophetic interpretation, the final world government will be built from the influence of the former empires Germany (leopard), Russia (bear), and Britain (lion) and will eventually involve a coalition of European nations under the leadership of the Antichrist.
The present dominance of America will eventually diminish. World influence will gradually shift toward Europe, while Russiaโs influence will continue to increase on the global stage. The prophetic clock is moving exactly as Scripture foretold.
But the good news is this: no human empire lasts forever.

History proves that kingdoms rise.
History proves that kingdoms fall.
But prophecy assures us that ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ฑ๐ผ๐บ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐น๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด.
So today, as America celebrates ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฌ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ, we recognise her remarkable place in history and, from this prophetic viewpoint, her place in Godโs prophetic timeline.

But above every nation, every empire, and every government, one Kingdom will remain forever the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. ๐โจ
