Soundbath for Veterans Wednesday, 6/3 1-2 PM. Veterans carry a unique set of stressors…physical, emotional, and psychological. Sound baths offer a non‑invasive, accessible form of relief that doesn’t require talking, physical strain, or prior experience.
Here’s how they can help:
1. Calms the Nervous System
2. Supports Better Sleep
3. Reduces Tension & Pain
4. Creates Emotional Ease Without Pressure

This morning at our weekly coffee State Line Ruritan Club we had the honor of witnessing the incredible mission of Quilts of Valor in action. ❤️🤍💙
Today, four serving Veterans were presented with beautiful handmade quilts and “wrapped in a hug” from a grateful nation. Each quilt represents comfort, healing, appreciation, and recognition for the sacrifices made in service to our country.
The Quilts of Valor Foundation works to cover service members and Veterans touched by war with comforting and healing quilts. These quilts are more than fabric and stitching. They are symbols of gratitude, love, and respect.
It was a moving reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a lasting impact. Thank you to the amazing volunteers who pour their hearts into every quilt and to our Veterans for their service and sacrifice. 🇺🇸

Today is not just another long weekend.

Memorial Day is a time to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, may we pause to reflect on the true meaning of this day and honor those who never made it home.

It’s not about the barbecues.
It’s about the heroes.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
