I've had some people reach out to me today about the decision that the National Association of Realtors agreed to settle a lawsuit that was brought against them by some sellers. I've read a couple of articles, one in the New York times and one by Yahoo Finance that contain some inaccuracies. The settlement still needs to be approved by the courts. Once approved, I'll be able to speak more about the pros and cons of this lawsuit and the changes that come along with it publicly. If it's approved, the changes will take place in July of this year. In the meantime if you plan on selling or buying a home and would like to have a private conversation now you can message me. The bottom line is that depending on your individual situation there may or may not be any changes to the way you buy a home in the future. Regardless I can help you negotiate that process.

We are promoting and supporting the YMCA 'Canuary' Drive. They are unable to get any shelf-stable food to support their Anit-Hunger Program. From January 16th to February 12th the YMCA is collecting canned goods at all of the Centre County YMCA's, Weis Markets in State College & Bellefonte plus Diversified Asset Planners, 1524 W College Ave, (next to the Waffle Shop) and Howard Christian Church (367 Walnut St, Howard, PA). We will be adding more locations soon.
