State College Mini-THON

State College Mini-THON State College middle schools, Park Forest and Mount Nittany, will be hosting their 9th Mini-THON, Hope Soars, on Friday, April 28th, 2017 at PFMS.

Mini-THON works with the Penn State Dance Marathon by holding a dance marathon of its own to help raise money for The Four Diamonds Fund, which provides emotional and financial support for children who are diagnosed with pediatric cancer at the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital. The Fund offsets the cost of treatment that a family’s insurance does not cover, as well as pays for non-medical co

sts. State College students have been busy fundraising throughout the entire school year by asking family, friends and neighbors for monetary donations, as well as holding numerous Special Events to raise awareness and support for The Four Diamonds Fund. Another Mini-THON in the books! We are so pleased and excited with our middle schoolers hard work throughout this year, they did incredible ....the final total was $53,068.57!!!
