Your ongoing support provides counseling, psychiatric care, and hope to individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, month after month.

💙 Holly, our Behavioral Health Case Manager, helps patients navigate resources, overcome barriers, and connect with the support they need to improve their health and well-being.

🦷 Dr. Kozak, our Dental Supervisor, leads our dental clinic with expertise and kindness, helping ensure patients receive high-quality oral healthcare in a welcoming environment.

👩‍⚕️ Lesli, one of our Staff Nurses, provides compassionate care and helps patients feel supported every step of their healthcare journey.
