Orphaned Kitten Program

Orphaned Kitten Program OKP was active in State College, PA from Sept. 2010 until Dec. 2014. when the program closed and orphaned kitten care was transferred to Centre County PAWS.

The program took in approximately 400 orphaned kittens, most bottle babies under the age of 3 weeks.
