Since 2023, Maddie has been matched with two Littles and continues to show up with consistency and care. Even with a busy schedule, she makes time for mentoring and stays committed to the relationships she’s building.

Maddie approaches mentoring with patience and trust in the process, understanding that strong connections take time. By following the lead of each Little, Maddie creates a space that is encouraging, engaging, and kind. Thank you Maddie for all that you do!

Our 2nd Big Bingo was an incredible success! Despite severe weather threatening in the background, we kept the energy high and the games rolling from start to finish!

This event truly showcased the power of our village. From our dedicated YSB teammates who volunteered, donated, attended, or gathered amazing basket raffle items, to our Bigs & Littles who showed up to help, to our generous community partners like Arize FCU, Kish Bank, Calvary Church, 7 Mountains Media, and so many others—this event would not have been possible without you.

We’re also incredibly grateful to Lambert Hall for the donation of the space, to the many individuals and businesses who donated raffle items, and to everyone who came out to play and support mentorship.

Because of this collective effort, we raised an amazing $8,567 to help us continue creating and sustaining safe, meaningful matches for the youth we serve. 💚

Our BBBS Guys Group was created in response to a real need we saw - middle and high school males who could benefit from additional support, mentorship, and meaningful peer connections.

Led by Case Manager, Zack, this group has grown into something really special. The guys show up for each other, sharing about family, school, and the challenges they’re navigating, while building trust and genuine friendships along the way.

Of course, it’s not all serious. There’s plenty of fun and silliness mixed in too. Music is a big part of the group’s bond, and they especially love when they can have jam sessions together.

We’re also excited to have recently welcomed two adult male volunteers from the community who help facilitate the group and provide even more mentorship and positive role modeling.

This is what it’s all about: creating a space where young people feel heard, supported, and connected.
