The mission of the SCL Foundation is to provide local services and grants for the State College, PA area – in the shadow of Penn State's "lion country" – in the categories of Youth Leadership, Vision and Health, Relieving Hunger, and Serving the Local Community and Protecting the Environment. We hosted our 2025 State College High School scholarship winners at a dinner Thursday night! We award four $1000 scholarships annually to deserving seniors. We had a wonderful dinner meeting at Toftrees on Thursday night celebrating our recent scholarship winners! Last night we hosted two of our four scholarship winners and their families for a celebration dinner. The State College Lions Foundation, Inc. awards four $1000 college scholarships to State College High School seniors. As usual we had many amazing student applicants to choose from. Congratulations! The State College Lions Foundation handed out bags filled with candy to all of the participants in the State College Halloween parade again this year! It was a great time giving away over 500 bags to the kids, the State High marching band and some adults! Bags of candy always make people smile.

Come join us this Thursday, Nov. 17 downtown at the Martin Luther King plaza when we will be giving away popcorn and hot chocolate from 5-8pm!
Let us know if you would like to join our organization to help the community and make new friends. Everyone is always welcome!
