We are incredibly grateful to Burning Ma’am for their generous support. By donating a portion of their ticket sales, they are directly investing in a stronger, more inclusive, and more vibrant community for LGBT+ individuals in our region.

Partnerships like this remind us that when communities come together with intention and care, real impact happens.

Your commitment helps us continue providing vital resources, support, and advocacy for those who need it most.

Thank you, Burning Ma’am, for standing with us and for turning your amazing weekend of great music into meaningful change.

Thank you to all the Pride Volunteers who attended this morning's training.

What an amazing group of folks making State College Pride happen!

Our volunteers will be wearing mint green shirts this year so please thank them when you see them working hard as we could not do this with each of them!

Visit the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences Museum and Gallery (Ground Floor, Deike Building, on Burrows Ave) for two Pride exhibits that explore science, identity, creativity, and community.

Elusive Glass: Ways of Working with a Strange State of Matter, developed by Aaron Bossen (Ph.D. student Materials Science and Engineering), showcases the fascinating and often overlooked world of glass—examining its fundamental “strangeness”; the conceptual connections between glass, transformation, and q***r existence; and its presence in our daily lives.
Pride Rocks, developed by Denali Kincaid (Ph.D. student in Geosciences), illustrates how pride has evolved throughout history, in terms of symbology — like Pride flags — , historical events such as the 1969 Stonewall Uprising, and the impact of LGBTQIA+ scientists on the Earth Science disciplines.

The EMS Museum and Gallery will be open on Saturday June 13 10:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. for State College Pride. Normal summer hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The museum is located in 6 Deike Building on the University Park campus.

Make sure to check out this great exhibit while you are at State College Pride!
