This weekend we stood for 46 hours in support of families impacted by childhood cancer. Our work as an IDC stretched far beyond 46 hours: we have worked all year to fundraiser for the world’s largest student run philanthropy, THON, whose sole beneficiary is Four Diamonds. Four Diamonds provides financial support to families and funding for critical research, all in pursuit of a cure! We are so thankful to be able to share our total fundraiser amount for THON 2024: $12,020.02! Thanks to your support, we were able to stand in support of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Thank you!

We are extremely thankful to announce that we have been selected to dance at THON Weekend 2024. We are grateful for all the support that you have shown us thus far and cannot wait to represent you all at THON Weekend! This accomplishment truly could not have been done without your help.

With that being said: WE’RE NOT DONE YET! We are continuing our fundraising through THON Weekend where we will be standing for 46 hours straight! Throughout the weekend, dancers have the opportunity to read mail sent in to them in order to stay focused and driven during their journey. If you would like to send us dancer mail, we would love to hear from you!

There are TWO DAYS LEFT to support our goal of dancing in THON 2024! Independent Dancer Couples, like ours, are entered into a weighted lottery based on our fundraising total. We are SO CLOSE to the next ticket in the lottery and need your support in order to dance at THON Weekend 2024! As an IDC we THON for more success stories like Alex’s to ensure families are able to create lasting memories TOGETHER! Tomorrow, 11/28, is Giving Tuesday! Please consider donating to make a difference in the lives of families impacted by childhood cancer. This year, there will be a chance to make an even greater difference, For The Kids®.
 
Here’s some of information on what’s coming up:
• NEW this year: Join us in the HUB to complete a scavenger hunt to receive a ticket into a lottery to receive crediting funds for your Org/Committee/IDC. In the HUB there will be music, games, and a chance to network with J&J employees, while fundraising for THON!
• Starting at 8 AM EST, every 3rd donation is matched up to $100 until funds run out.
• Starting at 6 PM EST, all student donations are matched up to $10 is matched 1:1 until funds run out.
• A special alumni matching opportunity starts at 12pm EST, every 3rd donation is matched up to $100 until funds run out.
• There will be a social media challenge that will have crediting funds available as well!
