You never know the difference you can make in someone’s life. Special Olympics coaches turn ordinary moments into extraordinary ones by simply being there. Giving advice or lending a helping hand. Listening, encouraging, growing. That’s what it’s all about.

On this National Coaches Day, and every day, we are eternally grateful to our volunteers for the positive impact they have within and beyond the disability community.

Attention all service organizations!
We are partnering with Skills of Central PA and The ARC of Centre County to hold a training session regarding the athlete portal and sports signups.
Please join us if you are able on May 20 from 10-11 am.
We will focus specifically on assisting athletes who rely on others to complete their registrations and manage their health information. This session is focused on those working in residential group homes or day programs and can also assist parents who have multiple athletes in their families.
Rae Stefaniak, Regional Administrative Manager, will walk you through how to create an account and register and manage multiple athletes under one email.
There will also be plenty of time for Q&A.
Hope to see you there! See less
