Together, we continue the work. Together, we build a stronger community. Together, we create opportunity for all. Join us on Aug 15, 2026 at 6pm for the Freedom Fund Banquet hosted by the Oktibbeha County Branch of the NAACP. The Freedom Fund Banquet has a long and storied history (the first one was held in 1953) and honors civil rights leaders while bringing the community together for the work that lies ahead of us. Honorable District Attorney Mr. Scott Colom will be our guest speaker this year.

Please see the flyer for details about purchasing tickets, and ads in the program book. We look forward to welcoming you at the event! The banquet will be held at 5480 Old West Point Road, Sixteenth Section Life Center, Starkville MS 39759.
