Starks La. Mayhaw Festival Starksmayhawfest.com The Starks Business & Civic Assocation, Inc. is a non-profit association. The first festival was held on May 13, 1993. week-end in May.

It was formed by local businesses and civic organizations to promote a positive image of Starks. It was only a one day festival but enjoyed much success. The festival has grown to a three day festival and is held the 3rd. To all of our Sponsors, advertisers, donors, and workers, we thank you for you generous help and support. We hope that you will continue to support this worthwhile endeavor of the Starks Business & Civic Association.
