The Bradford County Senior Center is please to offer Matter of Balance class, conducted by the Bradford County Fire Rescue. This eight-week program is to promote balance and stability. Once the program is completed, our Tuesdays 1:30 Chair Yoga/Tai Chi class will resume its regular schedule as usual. If you have question call 904-368-3955
