Thank you to all of the students, Guest Artists, Artists in Residence, Assistants and staff who joined us for this jam-packed session! It was a joy to watch our studios bustling with people and projects all day and late into the night. We hope you feel inspired!❤️‍🔥

The Pilchuck Auction & Gala is a leading showcase for glass created by artists from around the world and one of the art world’s premier fundraising events. This is an exciting opportunity to begin or grow your personal collection, find one-of-a-kind pieces at all price points, score unique gifts for loved ones, and discover your next favorite artist!  

New this year, our Exclusive Wine Partner, Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery will be providing thoughtful wine pairings to accompany our delicious, gastronomic dinner and dessert. Additionally, throughout the event and After Party we will have a full bar and signature cocktails. You won’t want to miss it! 

Included in your ticket is admission to our magical After Party! The event, beginning right after the auction concludes, will have music and dancing, hot dogs from Dante’s Inferno Dogs, signature cocktails, and our special Smash Booth — back by popular demand! Step into the Smash Booth, smash some glass that will be recycled in our furnace for next year’s program, and win special prizes! Prizes include, but are not limited to: Pacific Northwest Ballet tickets, Pilchuck merch, gift cards to local restaurants, a ‘make your own red blend’ experience at Chateau Ste. 🗓️Mark your calendars: 2027 Program applications open in one month!🎉  
 
On September 22, 2026, applications open for the following opportunities: 
 
➡️ Scholarships 
➡️ Seasonal Staff 
➡️ Workshop & Artist Assistantships
➡️ Fellowships 
➡️ Residencies 
➡️ Priority workshop placement‍‍ 
 
Applications close on October 30, 11:59 pm PST. 
 
Please note: Workshop applications will be open until workshops reach capacity. For workshop applications submitted after the October 30 deadline, placement will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case that more applications are received than spots available, applicants will be entered into a lottery for a workshop. Applicants not immediately accepted into a workshop will be placed on a waitlist.

Apply to sell your work in the Pilchuck Holiday Sale by September 30, 2026! 🗓️  
 
The Holiday Sale is an excellent way to support Pilchuck’s ongoing programming while also expanding your customer base and receiving a commission on all sales. Participating artists receive a 50% commission rate and the opportunity for their work to be featured on our social media, website and our December Pop-Up in Pioneer Square.   
 
While we accept a variety of work, this year we are particularly interested in ornaments, jewelry, small giftable items and nature-inspired pieces.

Last weekend we hosted our first-ever Design Conference! 🎉👏 We had so much fun and are feeling inspired. Thank you to everyone who came from far and wide to attend, present and demo! It is always a joy to see the international exchange of ideas and collaboration that happens on our campus. 🌎❤️

Our Crafts Workshops are a unique opportunity to experience a day at Pilchuck Glass School, including a full day in the studio with hands-on guidance from our talented instructors, lunch in our historic lodge with beautiful views, and your very own artwork! All materials are provided.  
 
Whether you have no experience working with glass or you want to try a new glass technique, our September Crafts Workshops offer something for everyone!

We had such a magical time with you all! Thank you to everyone who joined us from all over the globe for a fantastic session.❤️‍🔥 Every session is made equally special and unique by the students, Guest Artists, Artists in Residence, Assistants, and staff that bring their own energy to campus. We hope to see you all again!

Ride along for a day with our Maintenance Crew! 🚜🛠️🥾🌻  
 
Our Maintain Crew is made up of both Seasonal and Year-Round Staff who work hard throughout the year to take care of our beautiful campus. Rain 🌧️ or shine☀️, Maintain tends to our historic buildings, roads, paths, forests, fields and gardens. This include mowing our many lawns, doing building and plumbing repairs, mopping the floors, cleaning bathrooms, taking out the trash, taking care of our beloved campus cat, Frit, and much more. Maintain keeps our daily operations on campus going, and we could not do what we do without them! 
 
Thank you to our incredible and hard-working Maintain staff for taking care of us and our beautiful campus. You are a key part of what makes this place so special! ❤️
