Scout Troop 86 Stanwood, WA Troop 86 has been a strong tradition here in the Stanwood/Camano area since 1978! Youth 10 - 17 and Adult Volunteers are welcome!

We are made up of two groups - 86B for the young men and 86G for the young ladies.

🏹 🎯 The Scouts of Troop 86 spent a recent weekend camping, building emergency shelters and completing the Archery Merit Badge! In Archery the Scouts learn proper safety and range rules, make arrows and of course shoot, shoot, shoot!

🏕 Camping nights are accumulated every chance they can get to work towards the 20 nights needed for the Camping Merit Badge! This is an Eagle required Merit Badge that we encourage scouts to start right away whem joining a troop. It can take some time to check off those camping nights! Way to go Scouts!

🎄 Happy Holidays from your local Scouts of Troop 86! 🎄

♻️ We'd like to invite you to our Annual Treecycling event! Now that your tree, wreath and garlands have given so much joy to your families, we would like to put them to good use as we partner with Lenz once again to recycle your holiday foliage into healthy compost and mulch to feed our spring gardens.
♻️ We will be picking up trees curbside in the major Stanwood neighborhoods on Saturday, January 4th beginning at 8am. Please have all tinsel, ornaments and small animals removed before pickup.
♻️ If you'd prefer to drop off your swag and meet some Scouts, we will be stationed at Viking Village from 8am-4pm. As always, donations are appreciated but not required, as we are happy to serve our community.
