Our February RRG Chamber meeting was packed with local business owners, community leaders, and big ideas for the year ahead. This is what happens when people actually show up and care about the future of the Red River Gorge.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the ribbon cutting at Powell County Tourism - Red River Gorge. We’re beyond proud to celebrate Powell County Tourism becoming the first tourism commission in Kentucky to reach net zero energy and to mark Mountain Association’s 100th solar installation!

A huge thanks to Mountain Association and Appalachian Energyworks for making this possible, and to our community for showing up with so much support.

This milestone proves what we already know, when Powell County shines, it shines bright. ☀️✂️
