US Pocket Cruising Association We are a here to provide a common link for sailors, cruisers, and dreamers.

USPCA was founded as a group of cruising friends who are trailer sailors and part time cruisers. Each year this group of friends would trailer their sailboats to and from Jacksonville, Florida and begin what were normally 2 week to 1 month long cruises. Boats range from small compact 16's to very capable East Wind 25's and everywhere in between.
