Tables and chairs included in rental price

The clubhouse prices are as follows for Stansbury Residents;

$75.00 per hour per floor. With a two hour minimum.

If you're not a resident the price is $150.00 per hour with a two hours minimum.

Weddings require a rental of the whole building for the day...that rental is $850.00 for residents and $1250.00 for non residents.

Also...the damage and cleaning are deposits are shredded upon inspection and all is found well.

$150.00 cleaning deposit

$1000.00 damage deposit

*100.00 nonrefundable. It is applied to you rental fee.

Enjoy hot pancakes & photos with Santa in this festive annual event! Breakfast will be served at the Clubhouse from 8 to 10, with Santa available from 8 to 11, on December 7 in 2019.
