We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live independently in their own apartments. As a DSP in ISLA, you will provide one on one support tailored to each person’s needs, including cooking, cleaning, helping with daily routines and hygiene, and encouraging independence in a way that respects their choices and goals.

This role also offers more opportunities to get out and be active in the community, whether that is going to events, trying new activities, or just getting out and about. No two days are the same. It is hands on, relationship based work that truly makes a difference.
