Another new mom and baby served — all because of this incredible community.

Today, another car full of baby essentials is headed out to support a local family. Every donation, every share, and every person who chooses to show up for moms in our community helps make this possible.🌸

As we continue providing care packages and essential items to families in need, we are starting to run low on a few of our most requested items:
• Baby wipes
• Diapers (any size)
• Bottles
• Baby swings, bouncers, and similar baby gear

If you would like to help support local moms and babies, donations can be dropped off locally or sent via Venmo to . Every contribution directly helps us continue serving families in our community and becoming part of the village every parent deserves.

🌸Every donation makes a difference🌸

We’re helping a local mama in need of an electric baby swing for her little one. If you have a gently used or new swing you’d like to donate, or would like to give financially to help fulfill this request, we’d love to hear from you.

Message us, email [email protected], or donate via Venmo:

Donation receipts are available for every gift.

There’s always been so much focus on prenatal and birth care, but postpartum care still feels like an afterthought.

One quick visit just isn’t enough to hold everything that comes after birth.

Moms deserve to be checked on, supported, and cared for long after the baby arrives. Full stop.

If you’re in this season and it feels heavier than you expected, you’re not doing it wrong. It really is a lot.

At Blossom & Thrive, we’re here for you. Whether you need resources, supplies, or just someone in your corner, you don’t have to navigate postpartum alone. 🤍🌸

Women’s History Month often celebrates the women who changed the world before us.

But the next chapter is being raised right now.

Girls who are taught their worth early grow into women who lead, create, advocate, and make space for others to do the same. When girls are raised knowing they don’t have to shrink, hide, or earn love, the future shifts for the better.

The world doesn’t just change through history-making moments.
It changes quietly— in backyards, on playgrounds, in everyday childhoods where girls are free to be fully themselves. 💕

—

Supporting moms is part of how we help raise that future. At Blossom & Thrive, we provide postpartum support and essential baby items for families in our community so parents have the resources they need during those early seasons.

If you’d like to be part of that work, monetary donations and baby item contributions are always appreciated. Please feel free to reach out or check out our website if you want to know how to help (or if you could use a little extra support yourself)!🌸

Happy IBCLC Day! 🤍

An IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) is a highly trained professional who supports families with breastfeeding and infant feeding. It takes extensive education, hundreds of hours of clinical experience, and a rigorous board exam to earn this credential.

Every feeding journey is different. IBCLCs are the people who are there through all of it: the questions, the challenges, and the wins.

So today (and everyday), we’re celebrating and thanking the IBCLCs in our community and around the world for the care and support they provide to so many families.

Motherhood without a village isn’t just harder — it’s different.

Different mental load.
Different exhaustion.
Different kind of silence when you need support.

If you’re doing this without built-in help, it makes sense that it feels heavier. You’re not failing. You’re carrying more. Be kind to yourself.

—

Here are just a few ways to start building your village (even if you’re starting from scratch):

• Join a local mom Facebook group and actually post (even just “anyone else up with a newborn?”)
• Go sit at a neighborhood park — you don’t have to be social, just be present
• Save the number of one mom you meet and follow up later
• Ask your OB or pediatrician about local postpartum or support groups
• Show up to library baby story time or a similar community activity, even if you leave early
• Say yes when someone offers help -even if it feels awkward
• Text one safe person and be honest about how you’re actually doing
•Ask directly for something specific (a meal, a Target run, company during witching hour)
• Let people show up imperfectly.

And, most importantly, remember - “village” doesn’t have to mean 10 people. Sometimes it starts with one.

—

If you’re local and need more support, Blossom and Thrive would be honored to be part of your village. 🌸

🤍We’ve been a little quieter on social media lately, but please know this: we’ve never stopped showing up for our community families.

Even in the busiest seasons, our commitment to supporting postpartum parents remains the same. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply needing someone to lean on, Blossom and Thrive is still right here, ready to help with essentials, encouragement, and care.

If you need formula, diapers, warm clothes, or just a bit of extra support, just drop a message - we’ve got you.🤍

🎁If you would like to donate new or gently used baby or postpartum items this holiday season, please reach out! We’re grateful for every gift that helps us keep local families supported and loved.
