Crossroads Compass of Care is derived from the fact that when individuals are faced with adversity or challenging circumstances it inevitably puts them at a Crossroads in their life’s journey. Crossroads Compass of Care is the Caring desire to meet that individual at this juncture and offer them an opportunity to achieve positive outcomes which illuminate hope and change and diminish the impact and power of negativity that may arise over time as a result.
