19 March 2003 - Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) commenced in 2003 and ended on December 15, 2011 (after transitioning to Operation New Dawn). Total U.S. casualties included 4,487 service members. We honor those Americans who served in Iraqi and especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
