Lincoln County Extension Office is offering a FREE Food Preservation Basics Class on Thursday June 25th. The first class will be from 1 PM to 3 PM. A second class will be held that evening from 6 to 8 PM.

During this class you can expect to learn about water bath canning and pressure canning through step by step guides and research based recipes.
