Wondering what to do with all that extra sourdough discard? Join Instructor Robin Davis for our free Sourdough Discard Made Simple class as we explore delicious and practical ways to use your discard in everyday recipes, helping you reduce waste while adding flavor to your baking. Participants will learn tips for storing discard, when to use it, and how to incorporate it into a variety of sweet and savory recipes.

This class will be held at the Lincoln County Extension Office at 104 Metker Trail on Tuesday, October 13th. Class will begin at 1 PM and will be repeated again at 6 PM. Join us for our Free Get Connected: Raising Healthy Kids Lunch and Learn at the Lincoln County Public Library on October 20th at 11 AM. This is a Parenting Lunch and Learn for grandparents, other relatives as parents, foster parents, and fictive kin caregivers. Connect with others. Discover helpful resources, and find support in a welcoming community.

Join us for our Free Laugh and Learn Storytime and Playdate on Thursday, October 1st at 6 PM at the Lincoln County Health Department. The event will be set up in the Health Department's lower level meeting room.
