CoderDojo is a local, independent, volunteer-led programming club for young people between the ages of 7 - 17. It consist of monthly workshops of different learning stations for our youth to learn how to design, code and develop. Together, we will create websites, apps, and games while exploring technology in an informal and inspiring environment. In addition to learning these disciplines, attende

Within the CoderDojo there is a focus on community, peer learning, youth mentoring and self-led learning, as well as soft skills – like self-awareness and a positive work ethic. CoderDojo makes development and learning to code a fun, sociable, awesome experience. We are an independent chapter, unaffiliated with any other organizations such as CoderDojo NYC, CoderDojo Mahopac, CoderDojo Ridgefiled, NJ or CoderDojo USA. We are affiliated and backed by the CoderDojo Foundation.
