✨✨✨✨BIG NEWS from Plank Ridgefield ✨✨✨✨ - all reformer classes are now a part of your membership! So what does that mean? In addition to all of those sweaty, heart pounding classes you love you can add reformer to your plank repertoire. These highly effective yet low impact classes used to be available only through separate sign up so this is all VERY exciting to Plankies far and wide. And if you are plank-curious now is definitely a great time to jump in with both feet 🦶 🦶

Give blood. Give more tomorrows. ❤️

We’re fortunate to have two local opportunities to donate blood in Ridgefield this October:

🩸 Friday, October 30
Ridgefield Rec Center

If donating blood has been sitting on your “I should do that” list, here’s your reminder to make the appointment.

A little time out of your day can make a life-changing difference for someone else.

Appointments can be made at americanredcross.org/give.
