Stamford Central School Booster Club

Stamford Central School Booster Club The Stamford Booster Club is very active. They also sponsor the athletic banquet and Camperships.

Its members are parents of any school athlete, on any sport, at any level, community members, students, teachers, and coaches. Fund raisers have included T-shirt/umbrella/blanket/cushion sales, sponsoring the Mayors Cup Soccer games, Christmas Tournaments, and selling refreshments at ball games. All proceeds from fundraisers are used for the betterment of extra-curricular athletics in the Stamford Central School District.

🎉 Congratulations to our SJ Track athletes! 🎉

At the State Qualifier Meet last week, Lelend Donato-Williamson had an outstanding performance, placing 1st in our division and 4th overall!

With that finish, Lelend has qualified for the Section IV State Meet this Sunday, June 14th! 👏

A big congratulations also goes out to Tristen Thomson, who placed 3rd in our division and 6th overall!

Way to represent SJ — we are proud of you both! 💜❤️

SJ Family, let’s come together ❤️

607 Riders will be hosting their 2026 Kickoff Event Ride on Saturday, May 30, 2026, with a 50/50 raffle to support the Rinehart Family.

This family is close to our SJ community. Riley is one of our athletes, and Kerri was always willing to help, support, and show up for others whenever she could. Now it’s our turn to show up for them.

If you are unable to attend the ride but would still like to help, donations can be dropped off at M & M Motors & More prior to the event.

Our SJ Girls Modified Softball team traveled to Windham on Saturday to take on WAJ and finished their season with a huge 28-10 victory!

🥎 SJ Varsity Softball Recap – Thursday 5/14 🥎

Our SJ Girls Varsity Softball team traveled to Hunter tonight for a doubleheader against Hunter-Tannersville.

🔥 Game 1 was all SJ as the ladies came away with a dominant 13-0 victory!

Game 2 was a hard-fought battle, with SJ coming up just short in a 9-7 loss.

What a season for this group of athletes! Thank you for the hard work, dedication, and memories all season long. 💜❤️

Congratulations to Leland Donato-Williamson and Tristen Thomson for setting a NEW High Jump Relay record at the Tri-Valley Meet on Wednesday 5/13/25!

The duo cleared a combined height of 11’6”, breaking the previous record of 11’4” that was set in 2024.

Our Girls Varsity Softball team took on Windham-Ashland-Jewitt in Jefferson and battled hard, but came up short with a 5-2 loss. Keep grinding, ladies! 💜❤️🥎

Meanwhile, our Boys Varsity Baseball team put together an offensive explosion in Windham, powering past Windham-Ashland-Jewitt with a dominant 21-4 victory! ⚾🔥

⚾️🥎 Friday Night was a BIG one for SJ Athletics!! 🥎⚾️

Our Boys Varsity Baseball team battled Laurens/Milford and came away with a huge 14-10 victory! 💪🔥

Meanwhile, our Girls Varsity Softball team put together an incredible night in a doubleheader against Margaretville played at Gilboa-Conesville School — sweeping both games! 👏

Not the outcome we were hoping for tonight, but both of our SJ Softball teams battled hard until the final out. 💜❤️🥎

Our Modified Girls traveled to Roxbury to take on GCR and came up short with a final score of 10-7.

Our Varsity Girls hit the road to Gilboa and fought tough in a 4-0 loss.

🔹 Friday Night
Our Varsity Girls Softball team battled hard against Charlotte Valley/Schenevus in a tight matchup, coming up just short in a 4-2 loss. Strong effort all the way through!

🔹 Saturday Morning
Our Modified Girls Softball team came out swinging against SK and put together an impressive performance, earning a 20-7 WIN! 💪🔥

🔹 Yesterday
Our Boys Varsity Baseball team had an unforgettable experience playing Windham at the iconic Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame – Doubleday Field. ⚾🇺🇸

A special opportunity these guys will remember for a long time! And to make the day even sweeter... the boys brought home a 16-11 win! 🙌🔥

🚨 STAMFORD SCHOOL RECORD BROKEN! 🚨

At last week’s track meet in Milford, LeLend Donato-Williamson made history for Stamford–Jefferson!

LeLend broke a Stamford High Jump record that had stood since 1993 — clearing an incredible 6’4.25”! 🔥

The previous record of 5’10” held strong for over 30 years… until now.

That’s dedication, hard work, and determination paying off in a BIG way! 💪

👏 Congratulations, LeLend!! We’re proud of you!
