Wow!! What an amazing accomplishment and journey. I am so happy to announce that team Rams for Remedy has raised $11,152 for LLS! In total, all of the fundraising teams raised $118,872. We are so overjoyed that we were able to make such an impact and take one step closer to a world without cancer. Thank you for all of your help! Until next year…

INTRODUCING OUR TEAM PT. 6 ~ Hi, friends!! I’m Julie Trifone and I am an English teacher at Cheshire High School. I am honored to be a member of team Rams for a Remedy for a couple reasons: first and foremost, I have watched several friends and family members battle with, and sometimes lose their battle, to cancer. This fundraiser is my way of doing my small part to help everyone whose lives are affected by cancer. I also love to see and help my students find something they are passionate about and to work hard towards their goals, and this fundraiser is a great opportunity for students to do so, all while raising money towards a great cause. Every single penny can make a difference in someone else’s life, so I encourage you to do what you can to help the fight against cancer and better the lives of everyone affected by it. INTRODUCING OUR TEAM PT. 5 ~ Hello beautiful people, I’m Grace! I’m a proud member of this years Rams For a Remedy Volume 3, and have been working with LLS for the past two years. I plan on continuing that relationship for years to come because this truly is a place where anyone can create a difference for those who suffer from relentless cancer. I’ve grown up around all types of health problems and LLS has been my opportunity to truly have an impact on my community and pay it forward to those who need it. This is a battle that needs every hand it can get to help those diagnosed with blood cancer. INTRODUCING OUR TEAM PT. 4 ~ Hi I’m Alyssa! I was a co-candidate with Liv two years ago and ever since then I’ve enjoyed being a team member to carry on the legacy of Team Rams for a remedy. I’m also on the SOY peer leadership committee! I really enjoy participating in the LLS students of the year campaign because I love making a difference in other peoples futures. I currently attend Marist college with a major in psychology and a minor in cognitive science. After college I hope to continue helping people and working with the LLS. INTRODUCING OUR TEAM PT. 3 ~ Hi I’m Liv! I first got involved with LLS when my friend Alyssa and I started the first Team Rams for a Remedy in 2020. Since then I’ve stayed involved as a team member and a member on the SOY Peer Leadership Committee. I love taking part in LLS’s efforts to help fight for a cure and make a difference for patients. Currently I attend Marist College studying Biomedical Sciences on a pre-PA track so I can continue these efforts as a healthcare worker someday! INTRODUCING OUR TEAM PT. 2 ~ Hi everyone, I’m Luca. I am a senior at Cheshire High School and I am a captain of the baseball and football team. I became a team member of Rams for Remedy because I think that LLS is great opportunity for me to reach out to local businesses and friends to help support an amazing cause. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and is now in remission, so this is my way of paying it forward and helping those going through their cancer diagnoses. No matter how big or small, every donation can make a difference to help those diagnosed with blood cancer.
