TCR Oldtimers Association

TCR Oldtimers Association Membership was restricted to cowboys who had worked on a ranch before 1895 and were at least fifty-five years of age.

In 1930 the Texas Cowboy Reunion Oldtimers Association was formed as a social organization to reunite and entertain the pioneers in the cattle business in Texas. Nearly a century later, today's members carry on the traditions of their forefathers, reminiscing those that came before them and the glory days of the Texas cowboy on the open range. e open each year during the July 4th Texas Cowboy Reunion Rodeo. We welcome guests to come share and enjoy the history of the Reunion and Texas’ working cowboys. Traditional events include daily coffee and fellowship each morning, the Oldtimers Annual Membership Meeting and Memorial Service, Hamburger Lunch, and Fiddle Contest.
