Shippan Point Annual dues are $30/household (senior discount $15). Shippan Point, located in Stamford, CT, is a peninsula of 800 acres extending south into Long Island Sound.

The Shippan Point Association's mission is to protect & beautify the area while building a community through neighborhood events, regular information meetings, tree planting, police patrol & more. It is an ideal residential community with its broad mile long avenue, beautiful plantings and scenic beaches.

Reminder - early June is the time deer give birth. Mother deer can be very protective of their young. You may not see the fawn, but the mom may be acting aggressive, so please keep your dogs on a short leash and retreat if needed.
