Day 1 in the books—and what a start. 💡

Students from Stafford and Spotsylvania came together to kick off our High School Internship Program, stepping into real-world learning, bold ideas, and meaningful collaboration from the very first session.

This program was developed and is being executed by The Knowledge Exchange in partnership with Go Local FXBG, designed to give students hands-on experience in business, marketing, and community impact.

A huge thank you to our venue partner, Cyber Bytes Foundation, for their generosity in providing the space to make this experience possible. Your support is helping create opportunities that truly matter.

Meet Matthew Darling, Education Coordinator at the Cyber Bytes Foundation!

Matt first joined the Cyber Bytes Foundation in 2021 as an , where his passion for education, technology, and effectiveness in teaching quickly stood out. Since then, he has played a vital role in developing and expanding the foundation’s youth-focused initiatives and learning opportunities.

Leveraging a unique background in athletics coaching and a lifelong enthusiasm for computers and technology, Matt now spearheads the foundation’s flagship Cyber Titans Youth STEM Summer Camp Program as a head instructor and program developer. He designs immersive, hands-on learning experiences for youth aged 11–17, cultivating technical skills and curiosity with a focus on inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders.

A native since elementary school, Matt is passionate about giving back to the very community that helped shape him. Beyond the classroom, Matt has contributed to numerous outreach and networking events, helps to implement a variety of youth engagement opportunities, and has been instrumental in strengthening and building partnerships that continue to extend the foundation’s mission.

The Cyber Bytes Foundation is proud to recognize Matt’s continued dedication and creativity in enriching STEM education throughout Stafford, VA and the surrounding region. His commitment continues to open doors for young learners and ensures a stronger pipeline of future STEM talent.

🚀 Another incredible week of Cyber Titan Junior Camp wrapped up!

Our young innovators dove into hands-on STEM learning with LEGO Spike and BricQ kits—building, coding, and creating with curiosity and confidence. From spinning motors to solving real-world challenges, these future tech leaders are leveling up every day! 💡🧠🔧

We are incredibly grateful to Gwyneth's Gift Foundation for donating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to the Quantico Cyber Hub and Cyber Bytes Foundation.

This generous gift is more than a piece of equipment—it’s a life-saving resource that ensures our team, students, and community members are better protected in the event of a cardiac emergency. Access to an AED can mean the difference between life and death, and thanks to Gwyneth’s Gift, we’re now better prepared.

Gwyneth's Gift Foundation continues to make a powerful impact across the region by raising awareness, increasing access to AEDs, and providing training. Their mission to create a safer, more prepared community is nothing short of inspiring.
