2020 HOA Dues are due by March 12th, $530.

We now have a new trash company. Starting on Jan 7th, 2020, trash service will be as follows:

Trash & Recycle - Tuesday’s
Trash & household items - Friday’s

If cans are not picked up from curb on the evening of pickup, fines will now be $100 per container.

My cat went missing last night her name is tiger lily she is sweet and loving it u see her she belongs to us at 110 oak dr ! my kids are Devastated ! She is an indoor /outdoor cat she’s up to date on her shots and she is fixed .

The Monthly Board Meeting has been postponed until September 11th at 6:30pm

National Night Out on August 1st from 6-8pm at the playground. We will have a moon bounce with water slides, hot dogs and hamburgers! Come enjoy the fun! We will also have McGruff making an appearance along with a fire truck and rescue squad!

With the Blizzard upon us, I went around this morning and moved all the trash cans into the grass areas. This will help assist the snow plows when they come through during the next 36 hours or so. There will be no trash violations this weekend, 22 Jan 2016. Please be safe if you have to venture out. If residents are caught driving recklessly within the neighborhood, we will document your tag number and report it to the Sheriffs Office along with a Nuisance Violation. We do not want abandoned vehicles in the road when the roads are being plowed.

Dont forget. HOA MEETING TODAY @ 3 at the stafford volunteer fire department social hall. Address 2080 jefferson davis highway. We will be discussing new items that will be working on the upcoming year will be discussing problems in the neighborhood concerning trash containers being left out littering drinking on the playground we will also be going over HOA financial reports
