This young man is trying to keep himself out of trouble, so he has been helping us at the Annex on Fridays for a couple of hours the last couple of weeks. He is a pleasure to have around.

🏐 VOLLEYBALL COACHES NEEDED! 🏐
We are looking for two coaches for our youth volleyball teams this season:
🏐 2nd & 3rd Grade Girls
🏐 4th & 5th Grade Girls
If you’re a high school volleyball player, former player, parent, or community member who enjoys working with kids and would be willing to help coach, we’d love to hear from you!
👉 High school students can use this as volunteer hours, or we can discuss paid coaching.
You don’t have to be an experienced coach—we’re mainly looking for people who are positive, dependable, and willing to work with the girls to help them learn, improve, and have fun!

SRC would like to congratulate longtime member Kyle Long on earning his ISSA certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach!
If you’re looking to get over a hump in your fitness journey, make some positive changes, or are simply not sure where to start, Kyle may be a great person to reach out to. We’re proud to see one of our longtime members taking his passion for fitness to the next level, and we’re excited to see where it takes him!

We have just a couple more thank-yous as we wrap up another incredible Summer Recreation Program!
A program like this does not happen without the support and generosity of so many people and organizations in our community. We are incredibly thankful for everyone who helped make this summer such a success!
Stafford Schools USD 349, Stafford, Kansas — Thank you for allowing us to use your facilities. Having the space to spread out, stay organized, and provide more activities for our campers made a huge difference this summer.
Stafford City Pool — Thank you for welcoming us every Wednesday and handling the excitement (and craziness!) that comes with a group of kids ready to swim. We appreciate your patience and willingness to work with us!
City of Stafford, KS — Thank you for your continued support of our program and Recreation Commission. From helping provide the movie to supporting our pool days and everything in between, we appreciate all you do.
Nora Larabee Memorial Library— Thank you for allowing our campers to participate in your programs and for working with us to make it a great experience for everyone.
Katie Trotta — Katie joined us as an ABA for a couple of our campers, but she is someone who helped everyone. From leading arts and crafts to jumping in wherever needed. The kids love Mrs. Katie and her kids.
SRC Board of Directors — Thank you for your continued support and dedication to keeping this program free for our community. Your commitment allows us to provide opportunities for local kids that they may not otherwise have.
