There was not a good time or a voice loud enough during the team party to give our coaches the shout out they deserve, but we cannot let go of the season without thanking them for all they have done.

Coach Cailyn and Coach Austin stepped into new roles with confidence, and they managed to hold their own against large groups of tiny people. It has been wonderful watching them connect with and understand the swimmers. Their patience with the chaos is admirable.

Coach Sean spent hours seeding each meet and considering the best events for each swimmer and the team. He managed all of the emails about attendance, illnesses, and personalities. He saw the swimmers and connected with them individually. All of this outside the actual coach-on-deck responsibilities. He was the best sounding board and advocate for the Marlins.

These three were the first to arrive and the last to leave every day. Without them, the season would have fallen apart. We are grateful for their leadership and devotion to our team this season.
