I filed with the Secretary of State for a non-profit charity organization called Thanks Be To God Foundation. I'm hoping that it can act as a vessel for people who would like to donate to assist the communities we live in. I believe creating the Thanks Be To God Foundation will make it possible for us as a community to efficiently, sufficiently, and more professionally help people, families, kids, schools, animal humane societies, churches, other charity's and charitable events for a long time to come.

Thanks Be To God Foundation is a non-profit organization set out to make a positive and uplifting impact in the community and surrounding areas. We are just starting out so we will be keeping the operations of the foundation within the forest lake school district, North Branch school district, and Chisago school district area. Right out the gate our mission is relatively broad I will admit. A few things that we would like to start as soon as possible is..

1.1 Working with school administrators to help provide students with basic necessities for the everyday life. Whether that be winter clothing, a pair of shoes that are not falling apart, a shirt that is not ripped, a new backpack, learning materials, etc...

1.2 We would also extend that to helping teachers purchase certain items for the classroom for the betterment of the students learning, overall happiness in the classroom, and comfortability

1.3 We would like to assist in what way we can with youth sports as well.

2.1 We would like to work with local Fire Departments and Police stations in helping people/families who have house fires. This would roughly be as fast as possible arrival of a food truck with hot and cold non alcohol beverages, food, and comfortability of us being there with the homeowner during a devastating moment.

2.2 We would like to help in giving basic clothing, toiletries, etc immediately as possible after a house fire to assist in maintaining the homeowners/familys dignity.

2.3 We would like to work with people who have rental properties that are vacant at the time or set aside for people/families who are going through the devastation of a house fire that will allow themselves and pets to come and live there for a maximum of 14 days until a longer term plan is created. This also extends to homeowners who have accommodating space and resources in their home for x amount of people/pets.

3.1 We would like to work with the community's during holidays to help ensure food is served, presents are received, and smiles are all around during the holidays.

4.1 We would like to assist Humane society's with care and food for the animals.

5.1 We would like to listen to anyone with information, ideas, feedback, personal experiences, etc going forward with what this organization can help with in our communities.
