We are still in the early stages of development and are not yet providing direct services to the public. As we continue developing our official website, this page will serve as our central hub for updates, fundraising, and opportunities to get involved. Our Story and Vision:
This Too Shall Pass (TTSP), Inc. was founded in Georgia in 2025 by Cortney Graham to meet a critical need that she has personally experienced throughout many of the challenges and trials in her own life. We are not just connecting people to resources, but guiding them through systems that are often complex and difficult to understand. We set realistic expectations for how long processes may take, provide immediate resources to those in crisis so they can access urgent aid, and focus on ensuring long-term stability, growth, and financial independence outside of poverty. We go beyond the traditional 'umbrella of services' model by combining personalized case management, education, and guided navigation through resources. This fills a critical gap that no one is touching. We make our services accessible to individuals who are often overlooked or unable to reach in-person support. This is one of the lowest-expense nonprofit programs in the United States. Donor contributions go directly to operational costs, which remain low due to our fully remote model and robust internship program. This model is not only cost-effective, but also uniquely positioned to generate groundbreaking longitudinal data and analytics that no other organization has been able to capture before. Through the integration of our interns’ work and advanced data systems, TTSP is able to track outcomes across time, providing insights that shape more effective solutions and set a new standard for measuring impact. This impact includes educational scholarships for both clients and staff. We connect clients with financial resources that many are not even aware of, while also investing in their education and long-term opportunities. This includes scholarships for clients to pursue VOCA certification, trade certificates, degrees, master’s, and doctorates in fields they are passionate about. By doing so, we help individuals move beyond crisis-driven, low-paying jobs into meaningful careers that offer both stability and growth. For staff, we provide scholarships in various fields pertaining to human services, supporting degrees, master’s, and doctorates during and after their internship with TTSP. At the same time, we create immediate job opportunities in counties with critical needs following the completion of their internship program. This approach ensures that TTSP develops case managers who not only understand our model through hands-on experience, but are also highly educated in human services, bringing both compassion and expertise to the communities we serve. Our vision is bold but focused: to expand nationally, beginning in year 3, and globally, beginning in years 5 through 7. We are committed to building an easily replicable model of empowerment and peer connection that transforms communities everywhere. At this stage, TTSP is not yet providing direct services. We are laying the groundwork, raising funds, and building partnerships to launch strong and sustainable programs. We invite you to follow our journey, share our mission, and help us build a model that redefines how communities support one another by breaking cycles of poverty through education, empowerment, and opportunity.

What are people saying about Family Connection Camden?
The gossip is officially out… and it’s GOOD. 👀

Before we spill all the tea over the next eight weeks, we’re kicking things off with someone who knows Camden families inside and out, Pastor Walter Spencer, our FCC Leadership Team Chair.

A retired educator who spent decades shaping young minds in Camden County, Pastor Spencer now leads Kin Raising Kids Camden, a support group based at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Woodbine for grandparents, aunts, uncles, and relatives raising children for family members. His heart for caregivers and his steady leadership strengthen our entire collaborative.

Someone overheard him saying:

“Family Connection Camden brings people together and makes sure caregivers never feel alone.”

We can neither confirm nor deny… but it sounds exactly like something he’d say.

Here’s to a new season of good gossip, strong partnerships, and community connection.

From Cortney Graham, TTSP Founder and Executive Director:

It has been a busy couple of months for the crew at This Too Shall Pass (TTSP), Inc.!

This week, I met with women working across the nonprofit sector in our region for the Family Connection Camden overview for this year. We discussed priorities across our county and surrounding areas, including youth needs, family literacy, transportation access for individuals without reliable transportation, and other critical gaps impacting our community. It was energizing to spend time with so many people actively working to make a difference within our region.

The following day, Tovah from Safe Harbor and I began the annual Point-in-Time Count. Each year, communities across the United States work to identify and engage individuals experiencing homelessness. During this process, we collect data that individuals are willing to share to better understand what people in our community are experiencing and how they are navigating these challenges. Safe Harbor continues to play an important role in supporting the homeless community and helping individuals work toward stable housing.

We also stopped by the warming center that was located at the Camden Community Center and created by Camden County Emergency Management and received assistance from Christ Church Camden and the Camden County Sheriffs Office. Safe Harbor provided bags with essential needs and This Too Shall Pass provided meals to help ensure everyone was fed during this difficult time. We are grateful to our community for coming together to care for our most vulnerable neighbors during the cold weather.

We also spent time at the Food Bank of Ravens of Elijah Food Ministries, where it was such a joy to meet everyone who volunteers there. During this time, we connected with community members, shared information about Safe Harbor and This Too Shall Pass, and provided resources to support individuals experiencing hardship and major life transitions.

We look forward to continuing to connect with individuals, nonprofits, and for-profit partners across the human services space.

A big thank you to everyone involved and here’s to making a difference in 2026!
