• Old Business:
- Faucet for Clubhouse: Mike still looking for a new/used one since it needs replacing.
• New Business:
- Taxes: Lori said our taxes are going up.
- Pool: Mike and Michele bought chlorinating granules (2 - 40lb buckets) for the pool to help with the algae and to keep the cost down with the pool company. $219.56 to be reimbursed, all approved.
- Next Meeting: Next meeting August 18, 2026 @ 5PM. NO JULY MEETING!

- Pool: Pool company wants to change out cartridge filter for a sand filter.
- Pool Key Forms: Mike and Michele reimbursed for $18 printing, all approved.
- Notary and Registration: Lori reimbursed for $50 notary and $95 registration for 2yrs. All approved.
