ACOPP - Assisting Children of Prison Parents ACOPP - Assisting Children of Prison Parents Supervision of all youth sessions conducted by experienced staff.

ACOPP is a 501(c)3 charity which partners with a variety of agencies to offer quality social, psychological, developmental and educational services to children of incarcerated parents. We conduct weekly activity projects that will work with the children as well as the incarcerated parents in order to strengthen family ties. All seminars/workshops facilitated by skilled professionals with accountab

le experience and knowledge of the subject matter. Program participants will be accepted via referrals from educational institutions, social service agencies, courts, outreach and application enrollment. Groups of 10-15 children engage in tutoring, homework/study sessions, art classes, physical activities, field trips, parent visitation trips and other programs that will afford the children opportunities to be successful while their parents are incarcerated.We will work closely with referral agents in terms of assessment and evaluation of the children.
