What an incredible day of learning, serving, and growing! 🌱💚
Girlz 4 Life (G4L) had the amazing opportunity to partner with Rustic Roots Sanctuary for a community service experience that our girls won't soon forget.
For many of Girlz, this was their very first time on a real farm! They rolled up their sleeves and helped remove weeds around fruit trees, learned about the different plants and the growing process, discovered how bees make honey, and gained a greater appreciation for the hard work and dedication it takes to maintain a farm.
Of course, meeting the ponies, chickens, and goats was a highlight of the day! 🐴🐐🐓
It was inspiring to see such an incredible place right here in our own community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Rustic Roots Sanctuary for your warm hospitality, your patience, and the wealth of knowledge you shared with our girls. Experiences like these help build confidence, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for nature and community service.
