Our team never ceases to amaze us! 🙌

An organization reached out and asked if we could deliver 3 beds by tomorrow for a foster mom, and our volunteers said "Absolutely!"

💪 3 more kids sleeping in thier own beds. 3 more kids with nights filled with peaceful rest. 3 more kids that we could help because of YOU.

This feeling never gets old 🥲

I'm not for sure who was more happy when we delivered this bunk bed, our SHP crew or these sweet girls screaming for joy when they saw mermaid and unicorn bedding! 🧜‍♀️ 🦄

📢 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 📢

Sleep in Heavenly Peace will be at the Macoupin County Fair, and we're looking for volunteers to help staff our booth!

🗓 Thursday, June 4 – Saturday, June 6
⏰ 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

This is a great opportunity to help spread awareness about our mission, connect with members of our community, and support our efforts to ensure that no kid sleeps on the floor in our town.

Whether you can help for one evening or all three, we'd love to have you join us!

Remember that post a few weeks back about all the little things happening behind the scenes that help make this organization a success? Here’s another perfect example 🥹

Sonneborn Bros came in and saved the day (and the axles on our vehicles!) by generously donating rock to smooth out the drive to our building used for bed builds.

It’s acts of kindness and thoughtfulness like this that keep us moving forward. Our volunteers and core team are incredibly grateful, because when everyone pitches in, it all comes together in a big way ❤️❤️

Since our chapter opened in October, there has been one quote that we keep coming back to:

“Never underestimate the ability of a small group of dedicated people to change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

This past weekend continued to prove just that and thanks to St. Pauls Of Carlinville even more kids will have a safe place to sleep! 21 mattresses and 25 comforters graciously donated to our cause 😇 👏

We are stronger than ever and more dedicated than ever to fulfilling our mission, no kid sleeps on the floor in our town!!

Thank YOU for helping turn this mission into a reality ❤️

💐 This Mother’s Day, we’re thinking about all the moms whose greatest wish is simple: for their child to have a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

This weekend, because of YOUR support, 6 beds were delivered to local children, giving 6 more families peace of mind and 6 more kids a place to dream.

There’s no better way to honor mothers than by helping make sure every child has a bed to call their own.

Congratulations to Summer Dawn Eichen for correctly guessing number of beds built last Saturday!

Are you ready for it.... 🥁 FIFTY beds in 6 hours. 🤯🛏️!!

THIS IS INCREDIBLE and speaks volume to our volunteers and core members.

Build days like this don’t just happen by accident. Our team worked hard to make every station organized, materials ready, and the whole process run smoothly from start to finish.

Our volunteers came ready to work. Just people willing to roll up their sleeves and help local kids get a bed of their own. 💙 🥹

We’re seriously so thankful for this community and everyone who continues to show up for these kids. To put it simply, you guys impress us every single day ❤️
