Thank you to everyone who participated in our Seal the Deal week! We found ways to connect and learn how to prioritize our mental health. Today, October 10th, is National Mental Health day, a day to raise global awareness, break the social stigma of mental health, and continue to advocate for improved access to care. We hope you all found ways to take care of yourselves and understand that you are never alone! 🫶🌎🧠💙

PTSA is honored to announce Seal the Deal week in memory of Owen Seal, where we will have opportunities throughout the week to support and encourage mental health. Please join us for a week of activities and we look forward to seeing you all there! 💙🧠

We loved seeing our PTSA & PT students volunteer at the Tri My Best triathlon last weekend! Tri My Best is an adaptive triathlon held by St Louis Children’s Hospital at WashU for children with movement disabilities. The athletes did a fantastic job & we enjoyed cheering you on!

Thank you to everyone who came out to watch the Therabandits (PY2s) and PY1 FC play intramural soccer tonight! ⚽️🎉

We love seeing everyone come together outside the classroom to have some competitive fun. Although the PY2s took this one, they’ll meet again on the football field at Turkey Bowl this November! 🏈
