Thank you to all who joined us at our Babka Night last week! We hope you enjoyed coming together, meeting new people, and learning the art of babka making with Giti Fredman of Bagels and Bliss. Your presence enhanced our event and helped further Jewish Federation of St. Louis's mission by creating and strengthening bonds that make our Jewish community so vibrant and resilient. We hope to see you all again soon!

As we kick off 2026, we want to thank you all for making 2025 so special and impactful!

20 St. Louis Lions of Judah joined us in Atlanta for the International Lion of Judah Conference where sessions on leadership, community, and philanthropy left us inspired and excited to bring home what we learned and share it with our community.

Through our Mini Mitzvah project we:
-painted over 100 rocks for local cemeteries
-packed 250 period packs for NCJW
-packed 100 blessing bags for people who are unhoused
-packed 150 midterm care packages for Wash U Hillel

Our Lion and Pomegranate Appreciation Event welcomed over 150 donors who heard about the importance of time, talent, and treasure from an incredible panel of women.

Tiles Tuesday brought 150 women together for a fun night of mahj and a raffle and auction that raised money for our annual campaign.

Through our Rosh Hashana bag packing we baked 560 honey cakes in partnership with Adult Day at the J, then packed them in bags with other fun items and delivered them to to eldercare residences in partnership with JFS’s Older Adult Services department.

L’Chaim saw a packed room full of women from all over our community and raised over $450,000 for our annual campaign.

Our Mission to Miami brought together an incredible group to learn about the Jewish history of Miami while also helping to strengthen their Jewish identities and connections to our Jewish community at home.

And finally, Hanukkah Hugs provided gifts and experiences for over 80 children in our community in partnership with JFS.

Thank you all, here’s to continuing to make an impact in 2026!
